Are there any vascular wards who have a one to two week turn round of amputation patients - I am very interested in improving our pathway. Can anyone help.

I was wondering if anyone had a guideline with regard to pre hydration of vascular patients undergoing angiogram/plasty with pre existing renal impairment they would be willing to share?
